Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Policy:
At Sabah Al Mustaqbal, we offer a 7-day return policy for electronic equipments. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with the manufacturer’s seal intact.

2. Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene and security reasons, electronic items that have been opened, activated, or have a broken warranty seal are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (ADIB/Credit Card) within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for delivering the return items to our location in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

5. Warranty:
All electronic products are covered under standard manufacturer warranty. Please retain your purchase invoice for any warranty claims.
